• How to use this Dosa Iron Tawa: First rinse the new tawa with dishwasher soap or liquid and a Nylon scrubber. Fry an onion before first use to remove any surface carbon deposits. Later heat it for 2 to 3 min. Apply cooking oil all over a surface and leave it for 20 mins. Later heat it again for 2 to 3 min. Your tawa is ready to use. Use a soft scrubber to clean your tawa. Apply oil and store it in a dry place. Repeat these steps before every use.
